When you receive a PayLynk, you can review the payment details and complete the payment using an approved method.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1. Verify email and review payment details
1-1. Click PayLynk received from your business partner (an XREX user).
1-2. Confirm that the company name displayed matches your partner’s company.
1-3. Click Click to get OTP to verify your email address.
1-4. Review the payment request details.
Recipient name (your business partner)
Payment amount in USD
Service fee
Total to pay (including any service fee you are responsible for)
Expiry date and time of the payment
Payment-related information and documents (e.g., commercial invoices)
Step 2. Select a payment method
A. Pay in USD by SWIFT transfer
2A-1. On the PayLynk page, choose USD as your payment method.
2A-2. Select a verified bank account from your list, or whitelist a new bank account if needed.
2A-3. Acknowledge that you can only pay with the selected bank account, and click Get payment instructions to continue.
2A-4. Use your verified bank account to make the transfer to the bank details exactly as shown.
2A-5. Include the remittance information exactly as displayed.
Remittance information must be included in your bank transfer to ensure your payment is correctly matched.
B. Pay in USDT on a supported network
2B-1. On the PayLynk page, choose USDT as your payment method.
2B-2. Based on your situation, follow the appropriate step:
2B-2-1. If you have paid this business partner with USDT before, skip this step and proceed to Step 2B-3.
2B-2-2. If this is your first USDT payment to this business partner, click Authorize, then proceed to Step 2B-3.
2B-2-3. If you have not set up a USDT account yet, refer to “What to do when you receive an invitation link?” to set up your profile first. After completing the setup, return to this page and proceed to Step 2B-3.
2B-3. Select a network.
2B-4. Acknowledge that the network is locked after continuing. Click Continue.
2B-5. Click Confirm, show full address.
2B-6. Transfer USDT to the displayed wallet address to complete the payment.
2B-7. The balance will be automatically debited from your wallet address.
What happens after I send the payment?
By re-opening the same PayLynk, you can see the payment progress under Summary.
If you completed a payment and it does not cover the full amount, the order becomes Partially paid.
If you completed the payment in full, the order becomes Completed, and your business partner receives the full amount.
Important notes
If you cannot receive or verify the OTP, check your spam folder or confirm the email used for the PayLynk with your partner.
Confirm that the company, payment amount, purpose, and supporting documents match your agreement. If anything is incorrect, contact your partner before proceeding.
You can re‑enter the same PayLynk later to complete the payment, as long as the link has not expired or been cancelled.
If you encounter a status you do not understand, contact your business partner or XREX Pay Support, providing the remittance information and payment details.
