What to do when you receive an invitation link?

Steps to set up your profile and payment methods

Whether you are a client, buyer, or trading partner, you can easily complete payments with your business partners on XREX Pay using PayLynk. Before you can start making payments with PayLynks, you will receive an invitation link from an XREX Pay user (your business partner). This allows you to set up your profile and payment methods in XREX Pay. Completing this one-time setup ensures that future payments to your business partner via PayLynk are smoother and secure.

Steps to set up your profile

  1. Click the invitation link you received.

  2. Click Click to get OTP to receive a one-time password (OTP).

  3. Enter the OTP code to verify your email address.

  4. Confirm that your company information is correct.

    1. Company legal name

    2. Contact email address

  5. Check the box to confirm that you agree to XREX Pay’s TERM OF USE.

  6. Click Get started.

  7. Fill in the company information.

  8. Click Next.

Steps to set up payment methods

You may set up one or both of the following payment options.

  1. Set up a wallet for USDT payments

    1. Provide consent for XREX Pay to use your contact email address to create a non-custodial wallet via Fireblocks Dynamic.

    2. Click Verify email to receive a one-time password (OTP) from Fireblocks Dynamic.

    3. Create a passcode for the wallet.

    4. Authorize auto-debit from this wallet for payments to the business partner associated with this invitation link.

    5. Continue to complete the wallet setup.

  2. Whitelist a bank account for USD SWIFT transfers

    1. Enter your bank account information and click Save and continue.

    2. You may add more than one bank account.

  3. Click Submit. We will notify you once your profile is verified.

What happens if another business partner sends me an invitation link?

If you already have a verified profile in XREX pay, you will not need to create a new profile.

Instead, you only need to:

  • Authorise the use of your existing profile information, and

  • Approve auto-debit authorisation for payments to the new inviting party.

Please note that a new wallet address will be generated for each business partner who invites you to pay via PayLynk, even if your profile is already verified.

Important note

The wallet passcode cannot be recovered if lost. We recommend that you store it in a secure place, as it is required to access and authorise transactions from your wallet.
