How to deposit cryptocurrency
Click Deposit assets on the Home screen.
Select the digital token you want to deposit.
Select the network and wallet address.

Send the cryptocurrency from your selected wallet address to the deposit address shown, or scan the QR code.
Only send the cryptocurrency on the network you selected in XREX Pay. Sending a different asset or using the wrong network can result in permanent loss of your funds.

Track your deposit status
On the Home screen, scroll down to Transactions and open the Deposit tab. You'll most often see one of these statuses:
Processing: your deposit has been detected on the blockchain and is waiting for enough network confirmations. An additional review may also be conducted before the funds are credited to your account.
Completed: your deposit has been credited to your XREX Pay account.
Less often, a deposit may show as Failed, Refunded, or Frozen if the review or transaction can’t be completed. In these cases, contact your Relationship Manager or Customer Support through chat or email at [email protected] for more information.
