How to check payment statuses?

With PayLynk, once your counterparties have created and verified their profiles, you can request payments from them by sharing a PayLynk (payment request link), even if they are new to XREX Pay. You can check whether your counterparties have completed the transaction directly in XREX Pay > Transactions.

How to check the status of a payment request

  1. Scroll down to Transactions.

  2. Select Request payment.

  3. Review the list of payment requests along with their current status.

You may also check pending payment requests by clicking Active requests in the header. This section includes both pending invitation requests and payment requests.

Definition for different payment statuses

  1. Awaiting payment - The counterparty has not yet initiated any payment, and the PayLynk remains valid.

  2. Partially paid - A partial payment has been made, and the PayLynk remains valid for the remaining amount.

  3. Completed - The full requested amount has been successfully paid.

  4. Failed - No funds have been successfully processed for the payment. The payment request is closed either because the request has expired or it was rejected during our review. No further payments will be accepted.

  5. Terminated - Some funds were received for this payment, but the request is no longer active. The payment request has been closed either because the request has expired or it was rejected during our review.

    • If the payment was rejected during review, the partial payment will not be released to the recipient and will be returned to the payer.

    • If the payment request has expired, the partial payment received will still be released to the recipient, but no further payments will be accepted.
