To reduce follow-up communication, you can monitor your counterparty’s profile setup status after sending the invitation link. You will be able to see whether their profile is pending, verified, or rejected, so you can take action accordingly.
How to check the status of an invitation link
Log in to your XREX Pay account.
Click the company name in the top-right corner.
Select Customer management.
Review your customer list, where you will see the status of your counterparty’s profile.
Awaiting response - The counterparty’s profile has not yet been verified. You may remind them or resend the invitation link if needed.
Verified - The counterparty’s profile has been successfully verified, and you can now start requesting payments from them.
Rejected - The counterparty’s profile does not meet our verification requirements. You may contact them to address any issues before resubmitting.
You can also check pending reviews by clicking Active requests in the header. This section displays both pending invitation requests and payment requests.
