How can I check my account statement?

A step-by-step guide to accessing and understanding your XREX Pay monthly statements.

Updated yesterday

As a regulated financial services provider in Singapore, XREX is required to provide monthly account statements to XREX Pay customers. This article explains how to access and understand your statement, including the details reflected and how they are presented.

What information is included in the monthly account statement?

Your account statement consists of three main sections: Company Information and Covering Period, Asset Balance Summary, and Transaction Details.

  • The Company Information and Covering Period section provides basic information about your company and specifies the time frame the statement covers. It includes the following information:

    • Account Name

    • Account ID

    • Email Address

    • Business Address

    • Period

  • The Asset Balance Summary presents an overview of your asset movements during the month, including:

    • Starting balance

    • Balance changes (inflows and outflows)

    • Ending balance

This summary gives you a clear view of how your assets have changed over the statement period.

  • The Transaction Details section lists all transactions made during the month, including amounts, transaction type, and any applicable fees.

Both the Asset Balance Summary and Transaction Details are further divided into two categories, each representing a different part of your account:

    • Available Balance: This refers to the assets in your account that are not currently held in escrow on XREX Pay.

    • Escrowed Balance: This refers to assets that have been sent via BitCheck and are currently held in escrow, awaiting the recipient’s acceptance.

If you would like to learn more about how BitCheck works, please see this article: How to use BitCheck?

Important reminders

  • Assets sent via BitCheck and still held in escrow will appear under Escrowed Balance.

  • BitChecks you have received but not yet accepted will not be reflected in the statement.

  • Virtual asset values are calculated using the market price on XREX Pay as of 23:59 (UTC+8) on the day the statement is generated.
