XREX Pay currently supports conversions between the United States Dollar (USD), Tether (USDT), and USD Coin (USDC). With the Convert feature, you can view real-time indicative exchange rates and applicable fees, and execute one-click conversions between supported fiat or cryptocurrency within XREX Pay, ensuring a streamlined and efficient transaction experience.
How to convert assets on XREX Pay
Log in: Log in to your XREX Pay account.
Open the convert page: Click the Convert asset button on the top right corner of the homepage.
Input amount and select currencies: Enter the amount you wish to convert or receive, and select the appropriate currency. Click Preview to see the breakdown of the estimated rate and fee.
Note: The minimum notional value per conversion is USD 10 (or equivalent).
Check real-time exchange rate: A confirmation window will appear with the conversion details. The system calculates the amount you will receive or pay based on the real-time exchange rate.
The exchange rate will be locked for a short countdown period (e.g., 30 seconds for USDT/USD).
Note: The countdown time may vary depending on the currency pair.
If the countdown expires, click Update rate to refresh.
Confirm and execute: Once you’ve reviewed the details, including the exchange rate and conversion fee, click Confirm to complete the transaction.
Completion: Congratulations! Your assets have been successfully converted! Click Done to return to the homepage or View transactions to check your conversion history.
Check Conversion History: On the Transactions page, you can view details such as the conversion date and status of each transaction.
