XREX currently supports withdrawals in USDT and USDC. You can transfer these supported assets from your XREX Pay wallet to an external wallet address that has been added and verified in your Address Book.
Before initiating any cryptocurrency withdrawal from XREX Pay, please ensure that you have:
Completed identity verification
Added and verified the wallet address in your Address Book
Enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on your XREX Pay account
Steps to withdraw Cryptocurrency from XREX Pay:
Log in to your XREX Pay account and click Withdraw assets
Select USDT or USDC
Select the applicable blockchain network:
USDT: TRC-20 or ERC-20
USDC: ERC-20
Select the verified destination wallet address from your Address Book
Review the withdrawal details carefully and click “Confirm”
Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (2FA)
Click “Confirm to submit the request”
Click “Done”
Your cryptocurrency withdrawal request has been successfully submitted and is subject to internal review. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

If the wallet address you intend to use has not been registered and verified, please refer to this article to add it to your Address Book before initiating the deposit.
